Jefferson County Detectives Need Information Regarding a Shooting Case
June 18, 2018

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a shooting into an occupied vehicle occurred June 8, 2018, approximately 5:45 PM, as the victim’s vehicle was northbound on Hwy 79 near Fleming Road.  The victim and a 4 year old child were inside the vehicle at the time.  The bullet appeared to penetrate the vehicle very near the child.  The victim described the shooter as a black male with dreads, and the vehicle he was driving as a white 2007-2014 Chevy Tahoe.  According to the victim the shooter continued to follow her vehicle after the shot was fired, prompting her to call 911 and seek refuge at a nearby gas station.  If you know anything about this shooting please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.  You remain anonymous, and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.

Midfield Detectives Need to Identify a Pair of Robbery Suspects
June 16, 2018

According to a report filed with Midfield PD a robbery occurred at a pawn shop in the 300 hundred block of B.Y. Williams Sr. Drive on June 14th, 2018, at approximately 3 PM. Two black males reportedly entered the pawn shop, and upon entry one discharged a single shot into the ceiling. Trussville Detectives Need to Identify Shoplifting Suspects

Cullman County Sheriff 's Detectives need to identify burglary suspects
June 13, 2018

According to reports filed with the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office and Morgan County Law Enforcement Agencies 3 subjects are breaking into stores and restaurants in each County. Video surveillance stills obtained by Detectives show one of the suspects wearing overalls under a black hoodie with the numbers 02 on the back, and TRUE RELIGION LA on the right side of the hood. A second suspect is wearing what may be a Pittsburgh Steelers toboggan with a ball on top. This suspect is seen carrying a crowbar. There is no description of the 3rd suspect. The suspects appear to be traveling in a late model foreign sedan, possibly pewter/gray in color. The burglaries occurred between 5/25/18 and 6/8/18. Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify a Burglary Suspect
June 12, 2018

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a burglary occurred May 15, 2018, approximately 2:45 PM, at a car wash in the 2100 block of Old Springville Rd.  According to report a black male took advantage of a distracted employee to access a restricted area and take money.  Detectives reviewed surveillance video showing the pictured suspect in the area where this crime reportedly occurred.  He is described as 20-30 years of age, 6’ tall, 175 lbs., with short cropped hair and beard; wearing a UAB Blazer t-shirt, dark pants, and green Nike shoes.  Detectives also obtained video images of the pictured vehicle, described as a black Toyota Camry, that they believe to be associated with the suspect.  If you think you recognize this person, or know anything about this case, please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama at 205-254-7777.  You remain anonymous, and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.

Hoover Detectives Need to Identify a Robbery Suspect
June 11, 2018

HPD responded to Circle K at 2195 John Hawkins Parkway about 4:15 a.m.  The store clerk told them a black male entered the store with his face covered and carrying an object wrapped in a blue towel believed to be a firearm.

The robber forced the clerk behind the counter and ordered her to open the register. He stole about $200 in cash and multiple packs of Newport cigarettes. 

The suspect was last seen driving a newer-model black Honda Civic on Ross Bridge Parkway. He is described as a black male in his mid-20's, about 6-feet tall, wearing a white jacket, khaki shorts, and red shoes.

Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspects in Fraudulent Use of a Stolen Credit Card

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a vehicle burglary occurred overnight between May 30 and May 31, 2018, in the 6800 block of Pannell Rd in the Clay area.  During the burglary a credit card was stolen along with a handgun and other personal items.   Detectives obtained surveillance video from a retail location on Roebuck Drive where a stolen credit card belonging to one of the victims was used.  Detectives believe the pictured suspects are involved in the fraudulent use of this card.  According to report these suspects were travelling together in a black late model Toyota Camry, also pictured.  One suspect is described as a black male 18-22 years of age, 5’8” to 5’11” tall, 150-185 lbs.  The other suspect is described as a black male 22-26 years of age, 5’8” to 5’11” tall, 180-200 lbs.  If you recognize either of these suspects, or know anything about this crime, please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama at 205-254-7777.  You remain anonymous, and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.

Trussville Detectives Need Information Regarding a Robbery
June 07, 2018

According to a report filed with Trussville PD a robbery occurred June 6, 2018, approximately 11:42 AM, at a retail shopping area in the 1600 block of Gadsden Hwy.  Report indicates a black male armed with a handgun approached an elderly victim and demanded her purse.  The victim ultimately fell and sustained injury after the assailant wrestled the purse away from her.  Witnesses of the event described the assailant as having dark complexion and a low haircut.  Witnesses also report the assailant was picked up and driven away from the scene in a flat black pickup truck.  Detectives obtained video surveillance photos of what they believe to be the vehicle observed by witnesses, described as a Dodge Dakota truck with faded and chipping black paint.  Detectives also obtained video images of the pictured black male suspects that they believe used the victim's credit/debit card at a Midfield mall.  If you recognize this vehicle or any of these suspects please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.  You remain anonymous, and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.

Midfield Detectives Need Information Regarding an Attempted Robbery

Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify a Burglary Suspect

Birmingham Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in a Residential Burglary

Lipscomb Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in a Car Burglary/Theft of Property Case

According to a report filed with Lipscomb PD a vehicle burglary occurred at J and J Discount Pharmacy in the 6400 block of Avenue K on March 24, 2018, at approximately 12:00 PM.  The victim’s vehicle was parked outside this business when according to report two black males unlawfully entered and took several firearms from it.  Detectives obtained a surveillance photo picturing one of the black males they believe to be involved.  Detectives believe the suspects were possibly travelling in a red Dodge Durango bearing an Alabama license plate. Irondale Detectives Need to Identify a Robbery Suspect

Alabaster Detectives Need to Identify a Suspect in Theft by Scam Case
May 17, 2018

Gardendale Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in a Forged Check Case

Montevallo Detectives Looking for Information in a Homicide Investigation

Jefferson County Sheriff’s Detective's want to identify a car break in suspect
April 23, 2018

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office on 04-19-18, several vehicles were broken into in the Cotswold neighborhood. Among the items taken were a firearm and a gym bag containing clothes, shoes, and headphones. Detectives obtained surveillance video that shows what appears to be a male subject checking doors on vehicles. The video also showed a dark sedan that appeared to be slowly following suspect. Birmingham Detectives Need to Identify Robbery Suspects
April 20, 2018

According to a report filed with Birmingham PD a robbery occurred April 18, 2018, approximately 11:50 PM, at a retail business in the 7600 block of 1st Avenue North.  Detectives obtained video surveillance images capturing the two pictured persons they believe to be involved.  According to report three black males, 18-25 years of age, 5’10” to 6’ tall, 160-185 lbs., were involved in the robbery at this location.  One of the males was armed with a handgun and demanded cash from a register.  After taking the cash two of the males involved were seen leaving together in a vehicle belonging to the victim of a carjacking that occurred just before this robbery.  This victim’s vehicle is described as a newer model gray Mazda 6 with Massachusetts license plate and UAB decal.  According to report the other male involved may have walked to a nearby nightclub called Wages.  Birmingham detectives have reason to believe the same persons responsible for this robbery are connected to another recent retail robbery during which a shot was fired.  If you think you recognize either of these persons, or know anything about this crime, please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama at 205-254-7777.  You remain anonymous, and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.
