Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in a Carjacking
August 21, 2018

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a robbery/carjacking occurred on August 16, 2018, approximately 11:40 AM, in the 1600 block of Huffman Rd.  According to the victim a black male approached him at a gas station on Center Point Parkway near this location and asked him for a ride.  The male was described as being average height, thin, with dark complexion and short black hair; wearing a red shirt and gray pants.  According to report he asked the victim for a ride to Applebee’s.  From there he requested a ride further up 16th Ave NW, to which the victim refused.  The victim reports that at this point the black male pulled out a handgun, demanded that the victim get out of his vehicle, and then drove it away.  Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured suspect, as well as the pictured vehicle in which they believe this suspect was traveling.  If you recognize this person, or know anything about this crime, please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.  You remain anonymous, and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.

Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspects in a Theft
August 16, 2018

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a theft of property occurred August 8, 2018, between 9 AM and 2 PM, at a residence in the 4800 block of Deerfoot Cove.  According to the report the pictured white female gained access to the residence as a guest of someone related to the owner.  The female suspect later returned to the residence requesting access to retrieve a personal item she reportedly left behind.  She was allowed unsupervised access to the home, during which personal property including electronics, jewelry, and clothing, was stolen from it.  Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured female suspect, along with another unidentified black male suspect, taking property out of the house.  Detectives believe the suspects were traveling together in the pictured vehicle.  If you recognize either of these suspects, or know anything about this crime, please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.  You remain anonymous, and the information you provide leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.

Trussville Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in a Car Burglary Case
August 15, 2018

According to a report filed with Trussville PD an Unauthorized Breaking and Entering into a Vehicle occurred August 13, 2018, approximately 3:35 PM, in the 5100 block of North Chalkville Road.  The victim stopped at this location to get gas.   Detectives believe the pictured suspect parked beside the victim, followed him into the store, waited for him to go the bathroom, and then exited the store and went inside the victim’s vehicle and stole his wallet.  The black male suspect is described as approximately 40 years of age, wearing blue jeans and a blue tee shirt.   Detectives believe the suspect was travelling in a black SUV, possibly a Kia Sorento.  If you recognize this person, or know anything about this crime, please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama at 254-7777.  You remain anonymous, and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.

Birmingham PD Detectives want to identify a theft suspect
August 10, 2018

According to a report filed with BPD on 7/22/18, a theft occurred at a business located in the 9200 block of Parkway East. The cash drawer was taken from a register at the business. Detectives obtained surveillance photos from the business showing the suspect. The photos show the suspect entering the business and then leaving the business carrying the cash drawer. The suspect is wearing a white shirt with dark trim and dark pants. Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in a Carjacking

According to detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office the pictured person is a suspect in a robbery/carjacking occurring July 23, 2018, approximately 5:30 PM, at a Citgo station in the 5100 block of Pinson Valley Parkway.  The offender is described as a white male wearing all black clothing, red hat, and as having tattoos on both arms and a teardrop tattoo under his left eye.   The victim reports that the offender waited around for her to leave the store and enter her vehicle before jumping into it with her, threatening her with a knife, and demanding that she give him a ride.  The victim managed to escape the vehicle before the offender recklessly backed into the highway and drove away with it.  The victim’s vehicle is a green 2005 Lexus ES 300 bearing Alabama tag 2593AV7.   If you recognize this person, or know anything about this crime, please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.  You remain anonymous, and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.

St Clair County Detectives Need to Identify a Burglary Suspect
July 25, 2018

Birmingham Detectives Need Information Regarding a Bank Burglary

Jefferson County Sheriff’s Detectives Want to Identify a Theft Suspect
June 26, 2018

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office on 6/8/18 a theft occurred at a business located in the 2700 block of Alton Rd. A gas credit card was stolen from a dump truck first and on a return trip a cooler and toolbox was stolen. Surveillance photos obtained by Detectives show a subject wearing what appears to be long shorts, and white athletic shoes. The subject returned in what is believed to be a dark SUV with a roof rack and sunroof. Detectives believe that the stolen gas card was used at the Airport Shell by the same subject. The subject was in a dark colored 4 door car when the card was used.
