Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspects in a Gas Station Robbery

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a robbery occurred April 1, 2020, approximately 10:40 pm, at a Chevron in the 7700 block of Hwy 75. Investigating detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured subjects at this location during the time of the robbery. Both are described as young black males, possibly teenagers. Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in the Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card
March 30, 2020

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a victim’s vehicle was burglarized the morning of March 21, 2020, in the 800 block of Shades Creek Parkway. Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured suspect whom they believe attempted to use a credit card stolen from the victim’s vehicle. This attempt was made on March 21, 2020, approximately 11:50 am, at a retail store on Lowery Parkway in Fultondale. Detectives also obtained surveillance video images of the pictured vehicle in which they believe the suspect was traveling at the retail location. Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in a Robbery
March 26, 2020

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a robbery occurred at a convenience store in the 2000 block of Old Springville Road on March 22, 2020, at approximately 8:30 pm. Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured male subject in the store during the time of the robbery. He is described as wearing a black hoodie with a blue shirt underneath, gray shorts, and a bright green bandana across his face. According to report this subject held the clerk at gunpoint during the robbery, ultimately forcing her to walk across the street with him to Trafalgar Square Apartments where he was last seen by the victim. Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspects in a Burglary

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a burglary occurred March 12, 2020, approximately 0400, at Crossroads Groceries in the 3400 block of Warrior Jasper Road. Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured male subjects inside the store during the time of the burglary. Cash and tobacco items were reportedly the primary targeted items of the burglary. Detectives recovered some of the stolen items from a vacant house next to the store making it likely those responsible are familiar with the area. Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in a Burglary
March 18, 2020

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a boutique in the 1800 block of Center Point Parkway was burglarized March 14, 2020, at approximately 1:15 am. Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured subject in the store at the time the burglary is believed to have occurred. He is described as a black male with a goatee and a scar or tattoo on his face. He was reportedly wearing a white t-shirt, white jacket, dark pants/jeans with white horizontal stripes on the back, and a stripe pattern fitted skullcap/beanie. According to report the subject took men’s clothing and sunglasses before leaving the store. Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in Robbery
March 14, 2020

According to detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office the pictured person is a suspect in a robbery that occurred on January 25, 2020, approximately 9:15 pm, in the 5200 block of Falling Creek Lane in the Grayson Valley area. According to report the victim was approached by two female suspects and asked to use her phone. The suspects then attacked the victim, knocking her to the ground and threatening to stab her with a pair of scissors. The suspects used the scissors to cut off portions of the victim’s hair before fleeing the scene with the victim’s phone. Detectives believe the person pictured is one of the two assailants. Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in a Theft
March 13, 2020

According to detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office the pictured person is a suspect in the theft of a firearm occurring March 12, 2020, approximately 11:30 am, at a gun store in the 6900 block of Gadsden Highway in the Trussville area. According to report the suspect presented himself as a customer wishing to have a weapon serviced by the staff, then walked around the store before picking up one of the weapons openly displayed, tucking it in his waistband and underneath his shirt, and walking out of the store without paying for it. Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the suspect and vehicle in which they believe he was traveling, described as a black 2010 Toyota Camry with a drive off tag. The suspect was reportedly traveling with a black female wearing a white t-shirt and black jacket. The suspect is described as a black male, 24-30 years of age, approximately 5’9” tall, and weighing approximately 250 lbs. He was wearing a black swoosh t-shirt, black jogging pants, Jordan shoes with red trim, and a camouflage ball cap with a black bill. Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify a Suspect in a Burglary
March 10, 2020

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a burglary occurred March 2, 2020, approximately 3:00 am, at a coin laundry in the 1500 block of Center Point Parkway. Forced entry was made into the business through a cinder block wall facing Center Point Parkway. Detectives believe at least two subjects were involved. Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured subject, described as a black male wearing white or light-colored pants and a hooded jacket, inside the business during the time the burglary occurred. This subject attempted to make forcible entry into a money machine on an inside wall of the business. During this attempt it appears he set off an audible alarm causing him to flee. According to report there is indication one or both subjects involved fled toward some nearby apartments. Bimingham Detectives Seeking Information on Homicide Case

According to a report filed with Birmingham PD, Devonta Keshun Reddick was the victim of a homicide occurring in the early morning hours of February 6, 2020, at his residence on Dogwood Lane in the Huffman area.
